We manufactured the 7-ton steel connectors, the key structural elements supporting the stadium's roof-a tensile structure that now crowns one of Europe's most modern athletic venues.
The roof, designed according to the bicycle-wheel principle, required high-performance steel cables held in place by a system of steel struts.
To ensure rigidity and optimal performance, these cables were linked through specially engineered steel connectors, an innovative solution designed to be produced from welded laminates, significantly reducing both costs and lead times.
