This privacy policy applies to this website only, not to any other websites that may be consulted via links (hereinafter referred to as 'links'), including those provided on this site, of which LANARO Srl is not the Data Controller.

Purposes of processing for which personal data are intended and legal basis of processing LANARO Srl processes the personal data users provide for the following purposes:

    - to fulfil commercial or promotional purposes related to the services offered by LANARO Srl;
    - to send messages by email or newsletters, containing information, including commercial or promotional information, related to the services offered by LANARO Srl

The legal basis for processing is consent, which is given when registering on the website. Evidence of consent is given at the end of the registration process (no data are stored of persons who have not given explicit consent to data processing).
Processing method LANARO Srl processes the personal data of users using appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data. Processing is carried out using computer and/or computerized tools.

Period for which the personal data will be stored Personal data are processed for as long as required to carry out the service requested by the user or under the purposes described in this document.

Longer periods are envisaged for the fulfilment by the data controller of the obligations imposed by current legislation.
Place where personal data is stored Personal data, or those of family members, are processed at the premises of LANARO Srl and at any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.
Intention of the Data Controller to transfer personal data to a third country or international organisation LANARO Srl shall not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations to the extent described in the Cookie Policy
Fundamental rights of the data subject and the possibility of exercising them As data subject, the user shall have the following rights:

- to have inaccurate data rectified, without undue delay, in case of explicit request,

- to have personal data deleted.

The user also has the right to restriction of processing and the right to object.

LANARO Srl does not base its selection activities solely on automated data processing (including profiling).
Right to withdraw consent at any time As data subject, the user has the right to withdraw consent to all forms of processing of the personal data provided.

LANARO Srl shall reply within 30 working days of receipt.
Right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority As data subject, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Existence of legal or contractual obligations or requirements for the termination of a contract Failure to authorise processing will make it impossible to proceed with the supply of the requested products/services and/or to maintain business relations.
Legal defence The user's personal data may be used by LANARO Srl in legal proceedings or in the preparatory stages of such proceedings to defend against abuse in the use of this application or related services.

Should the amendments made to this Privacy Policy (which will in any case be highlighted) not be accepted, use of this application must be ceased and a request may be filed to the data controller to remove the relevant personal data.
