We are a family company with deep roots in ironworking, a story that spans more than five generations, from Sebastiano, Pietro, and Giuseppe, to Ivano Lanaro, who officially registered the company with the Chamber of Commerce in 1961, after years spent working alongside his father.

With the entry of Carlo and Maurizio in 1982, the fifth generation of the family, we embarked on a new phase of growth.

In 1991, Lanaro Steel Technology was officially established, marking the transformation from a small artisanal workshop into a structured metalworking company, capable of integrating steel fabrication, engineering, and innovation into highly complex projects.

The year 2008 represented a turning point with the completion of the first retractable roofs in Greece, symbolizing a shift toward mechanized and automated solutions.

The following year, the construction of a larger second production facility allowed us to manage large-scale structures, assemble them, and test them internally.

In 2015, we took part in Expo Milan, contributing to the construction of the pavilions of Kuwait, Italy, the USA, Mexico, and Japan, an experience that strengthened our international positioning and opened new opportunities in global markets.

In 2019, we founded Lanaro Middle East, our first international branch, strategically established to closely follow major projects in the Gulf market. In the same year, we also inaugurated our third production facility, further expanding our internal capacity.

In 2020, we took part in Expo Dubai, a landmark international event for which we delivered highly complex structures, including the Solar Trees and the immense retractable roof system.

Today, Carlo and Maurizio Lanaro lead the company with the same spirit as their father: carrying forward a family tradition built on passion, expertise, and vision, combining the value of experience with a constant drive toward the future.
